We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the product under the following conditions.

Eligibility for return :  Products must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. If you received Damage Products but you need to take a full video while you open the parcel.

Non-Returnable Products: Certain personal care products, opened beauty kits, and customized orders are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at pbcosmetics786@gmail.com or call +91-9276813684. You will be guided through the return process, and return shipping details will be provided.

Return Shipping:  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:  If your order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds for Returned Products : Approved returns will be refunded within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned product.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).

Partial Refunds : In case a return is approved but there are signs of use or damage to the product, a partial refund may be issued.
